Clarks Sandals Maintenance

Clarks sandals can be said as a type of sandals that provide total comfort for the feet. It usually made with lots of leather straps with no heels or in wedges style. Clarks is usually put quality as the number one aspect, but since Clarks sandals is a perfect sandals for walking, it faces the asphalt, heat, cold, friction and many more aspects that can damage our Clarks sandals. To keep our Clarks sandals in a good condition, we have to give it a good maintenance.

We can start the maintenance by giving it a cedar shoetree to keep the shape and absorb the moisture when we do not wear it. Make sure that the sandals are completely dry from water or sweat before we wear it. Since Clarks sandals are usually made from leather, we should not keep it in the box just like our other shoes because it will give high moisture level and damage the leather.

When we use our Clarks sandal and it end up with much dirt, but we cannot directly wash, scrub and dry it. To remove the dirt, we only need to wipe it with dry cloth and continue it by wipe the sandals with moist cloth until it look clean, and then we can dry it by using a fan. We should not dry it under the sunlight because the heat will damage the leather straps. With the perfect maintenance, we will able to wear our sandals for years although we use it regularly.
